True Grit Leadership is a non-profit 501(c)3, that equips and encourages people in their leadership, using horses (Equine Assisted Learning method) and retreat (stepping back from the day to day to learn a fresh perspective).  Interactions with horses (all from the ground, no horse experience necessary) serve as metaphors for life and leadership.  Classes include: activities with horses, journal/reflection time, debrief (learning and action steps). Classes and workshops are held in Cottonwood, AZ. We serve individuals, families, teams and groups who desire to grow, learn and heal in order to become more effective in their leadership. This benefits the families, organizations, and our community.
